• Provide first-level IT support to users.
• Assist staff and customers with hardware and software problems.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot computer systems and software.
• Set up and maintain computers, peripherals and network-connected devices.
• Follow established IT maintenance procedures.
• Train and support team members in using computer systems and software.
• Help maintain reliable and secure IT systems within the hotel.

• National Diploma in Information Technology or a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and software.
• Basic understanding of network and system security.
• Familiarity with hardware and software installation.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently under supervision and collaboratively in a team.
