About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements from various stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories to represent business processes and system functionalities.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support the testing and implementation phases of projects, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and new functionalities.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure its accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK) and SDLC.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and SQL is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a hybrid model, demonstrating strong remote collaboration skills.
