Strategic Business Analyst: Drive Requirements & Solutions

Pepkor Payments & Lending in Cape Town seeks a proactive Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements and create BRDs to guide development and operations. You will work with developers, testers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

You will plan analysis activities, elicit and prioritise requirements, validate solutions, and support testing and UAT, while mentoring peers and driving process improvements.
