About Us

Showhomes Premier Staging is a leading home staging company serving Miami's real estate market, working with Realtors, builders, developers, and homeowners to prepare properties for sale, including high-end luxury homes.

We're growing and looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Executive to help us expand our client base and take ownership of the sales process.

This is a sales position, not an interior design or administrative role. We need someone who creates opportunities rather than waiting for leads to arrive.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business: Prospect Realtors, brokerages, builders, developers, and property owners through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Own the sales process: Conduct property walkthroughs, identify staging needs, coordinate proposals, present pricing, negotiate, and close signed contracts.
• Build relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with Realtors and referral sources that generate repeat business.
• Manage your pipeline: Consistently follow up, track opportunities in ShowSuite, and take responsibility for your sales results.
• Collaborate with our team: Work with design and operations to ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to staging installation.

Who We're Looking For

• A proven salesperson: Demonstrated success in business development, luxury sales, real estate, or relationship-based selling.
• A natural hunter: Competitive, proactive, persistent, and motivated to win new business.
• Empathetic and personable: Able to build genuine relationships, understand client needs, and confidently communicate value.
• Fluent in English and Spanish — REQUIRED: Must speak, understand, read, and communicate professionally in both languages, including sales presentations and negotiations.
• Organized and accountable: Comfortable managing multiple opportunities, following up consistently, and working independently.
• Mobile and professional: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and availability to visit properties throughout Miami-Dade and surrounding areas.

Experience in home staging, interior design, luxury retail, or Miami real estate is a plus, but not required.

Your First 90 Days

Days 1–30 — Learn: Train alongside our owner, learn our services, attend property walkthroughs, and begin developing new relationships.

Days 31–60 — Sell: Manage assigned opportunities, conduct walkthroughs, present proposals, prospect independently, and begin closing deals.

Days 61–90 — Take Ownership: Independently manage the majority of your assigned sales opportunities while continuing to grow your network and close new business.
