What youll be doing:- Administer and maintain Salesforce users, permissions, fields, layouts and data.
- Create reports and dashboards, support Flows and assist with automation and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, integrations and user queries.
- Set up, configure and support Android and iOS phones, tablets and business applications.
- Resolve connectivity, login, synchronisation and application issues.
- Assist users with onboarding, technical queries and mobile Salesforce functionality.
What youll need:- Salesforce Administrator certification essential.
- 13 years practical Salesforce administration experience.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Flows, reports, dashboards, permissions and data management.
- Experience supporting Android/iOS devices and mobile applications.
- Basic mobile connectivity and application troubleshooting skills.
- A valid drivers licence and your own reliable transport.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Centurion.
A relevant IT qualification would be an advantage.
