EMS Dispatch & Support Specialist

Er24 Contact Centre 124 in Cape Town invites applications for an upcoming Support Resource Officer role starting January 2027. You will help build a high-performing EMS contact centre and focus on dispatch operations and proactive customer support.

Requirements: Grade 12; 1–3 years dispatching in EMS; strong typing; English (written and verbal); knowledge of geographical areas; telephonic and email etiquette. Responsibilities include dispatching vehicles per CAD and handling calls and alerts.
