About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service professional fluent in Italian and English to join our team in Porto. This on-site role operates on a 24/7 rotative shift schedule. Night shifts (22:00 to 07:00) are typically covered occasionally due to a small night shift team. Candidates must be aware of and comfortable with this rotation.

Requirements

Fluent, verbal and written, in Italian.

C1 level English proficiency.

Ability to support more than one market simultaneously.

Background in healthcare or technical support is a plus.

Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

Proven ability to retain and manage large amounts of information.

High problem-solving and priority skills.

Detail-oriented and organizational skills.

Stress management capabilities.

Good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.

Active listening and empathy to solve client's issues.

Benefits

Welcome bonus of 1200€ for Italian speakers, paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment.

Food allowance of 7.63€ per working day.
