Customer Service Representative – Portuguese / Brazilian Portuguese

About the Role

We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will provide professional and friendly support to customers, helping them resolve questions and routine issues related to our client's products and services.

The position is suitable for candidates with native-level Portuguese, whether Brazilian or European Portuguese, and a good command of English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online channels, depending on client requirements.

• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about products and services.

• Resolve routine customer issues efficiently and professionally.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism throughout every interaction.

• Follow established procedures, service standards, and client guidelines.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in Portuguese and English.

• Record and update customer information accurately in the relevant systems.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Portuguese, either Brazilian Portuguese or European Portuguese.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-focused attitude and a professional approach.

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service.

• Experience in the travel industry, such as:

  • Travel agencies

  • Airlines

  • Hotels

  • Travel platforms or related services

• Experience working with international customers is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Performance bonus: €110.00

• Complexity bonus / food allowance: €167.86

• On-site position based in Porto, Portugal
