About the role

You will help Dutch-speaking customers with banking services, payments, cards, investments and account management.

What you'll do

— Provide professional customer assistance
— Answer questions about banking, payments and cards
— Support investment and account-related enquiries
— Troubleshoot transactions and app-access problems
— Escalate complex cases to specialised teams

Requirements

— Dutch C1/C2 or native level — mandatory
— English B2 level or higher — mandatory
— EU citizenship and valid EU passport — mandatory
— High School Diploma — mandatory
— Strong communication skills
— Excellent customer orientation
— Good problem-solving abilities
— Flexibility for rotational schedules

Work Schedule

— Full-time, 40 hours per week
— Rotational schedule Monday–Sunday
— 24/7 project operating hours

Work Arrangement

— Currently remote within Portugal
— Future transition to hybrid work
— Portuguese employment contract
— 22 days of annual leave
