Job Description:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:- Collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, UX designers, and development teams to gather and define requirements
- Translating business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and solution requirements
- Driving process improvements and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences
- Developing business cases and supporting strategic initiatives
- Managing and refining product backlogs and delivery roadmaps
- Facilitating communication between business and technical teams
- Supporting solution design and ensuring successful project delivery
- Contributing to UX improvements and customer-centric product enhancements
- Producing and maintaining high-quality business and technical documentation
- Working within Agile teams to deliver innovative, scalable digital solutions
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5-6 years' experience as a Business Analyst within web, e-commerce, digital, or technology-focused environments
- Strong business analysis and systems analysis experience
- Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to query and analyse data sources
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Loom, and Google Workspace
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, databases, and web technologies
- Knowledge of UX principles and web accessibility standards
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Qualification:- Relevant degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with consumer-facing organisations
