What you will be doing:
- Plan, direct and coordinate activities across enterprise-wide projects.
- Develop detailed project plans aligned with business strategy and project objectives.
- Define project goals, strategies, deliverables and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Manage project resources and allocation of available resources.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks.
- Develop and implement appropriate contingency plans.
- Monitor project progress against agreed goals, timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Engage and collaborate with relevant business and project stakeholders.
- Ensure project activities remain aligned with business requirements and strategy.
- Track project dependencies, risks and potential delivery issues.
- Support effective project governance and reporting.
- Manage project-related documentation and planning activities.
- Provide direction and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager managing complex projects.
- Experience planning and coordinating enterprise-wide projects.
- Strong project planning and scheduling experience.
- Experience managing project resources and allocations.
- Strong risk identification and management skills.
- Experience developing contingency plans.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to align project delivery with business strategy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and priorities.
- Experience working across business and technical teams.
- Exposure to technical projects will be advantageous.
- Experience with SaaS implementations will be advantageous.
