Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance.
- Process accounts payable, receivable, journals, and accruals.
- Perform bank, supplier, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end reporting, VAT submissions, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Support budgeting, cash flow management, and audit processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 35 years accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Proven full-function bookkeeping experience up to trial balance.
- Knowledge of VAT, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience with Syspro or a similar ERP system.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Engineering, manufacturing, or construction industry experience is advantageous.
