Up to $85K base + bonus

A growing commercial real estate and property management firm is adding a Property Accountant to their team. This firm has placed several people in this group before, so there’s a track record of making it a good landing spot for the right fit.

What you’d be doing:

• Owning the full accounting cycle for an assigned portfolio of properties, from monthly close through owner reporting
• Preparing financial statements and variance analysis for the properties you support
• Handling AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and CAM reconciliations
• Working closely with the property management team to keep the numbers clean and current

What they want to see:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Property Accountant (real estate/property accounting background required)
• Comfortable owning a portfolio with real independence
• Strong attention to detail and solid Excel skills
