Technical Consultant / Project Manager

• Own and drive the technical Interface to the customer
  
• Technical support such as pre-sales and post-sales activities and promotion of Thales products, services and solutions
  
• Technical project management
  

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate the full product definition of an order to make it executable by Operations
  
• Understand and convert customer needs into requirement specification
  
• Manage project delivery (validation of customer specification, customer sign-off, successful handover to operations)
  
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
  
• Define and follow-up agreed action plan to achieve project goals
  
• Design and lead initiatives that have a strategic impact on the long-term business relationship with customers and selected partners
  
• Provide technical support to answer tenders and to prepare contracts
  
• Co-operation with internal contacts and teams, such as Sales, Customer Service, R&D, Personalization, Operations, Product Management and Field Marketing
  
• Gather up customer feedbacks and share them with concerned teams to improve our service level and product portfolio
  
• Acquire a good knowledge of the Thales products catalogue, promote new products to customer
