B2B Network Support Engineer - Copenhagen

GlobalConnect A/S is seeking a Service Desk Technician - Network to work hands-on with B2B network operations and keep critical digital infrastructure running. You will own customer cases, troubleshoot network issues and ensure appropriate actions when services are affected.

The role is primarily office-based in Copenhagen with a 24/7 shift rotation including day, evening and night shifts. Experience with Cisco/Juniper equipment and ServiceNow is advantageous.
