Reporting to the General Management of Portugal, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's commercial plan within the professional channel, with the aim of maximizing Ariston Portugal's sales and ensuring commercial success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and grow the business in Portugal by identifying specific market needs and opportunities.
• Lead and oversee the commercial agency team regarding revenue, growth, and targets.
• Coordinate with the Marketing department to adapt the Group's strategy for the PROFESSIONAL channel.
• Implement and maximize the "MYTEAM" strategy across all areas to foster loyalty among our installer base.
• Collaborate with Marketing on implementing and utilizing CRM culture and processes within the PROFESSIONAL channel's sales operations.
• Lead the national sales team (commercial agencies) to align with market objectives, developing both individual and team potential.
• Analyze sales data to optimize results with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing consistent and cohesive service.
• Achieve sales targets, adhere to national agreements, and provide input for corrective actions.
• Monitor product performance and promote products that are central to the strategy.
• Identify potential clients and monitor client activity, competitor performance, and industry trends.
• Collaborate and interact with any company department requiring support regarding issues or general assistance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Education: Engineering degree or specialization in sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in our market (heating, HVAC, and hot water) or a sector with similar products (electrical and renewables).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken;
  B2 level equivalent). Driver's license. Availability for domestic travel.
