About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of AI software engineers, overseeing project execution and technical delivery.
- Architect and design scalable, robust, and efficient AI software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from coding and testing to deployment and maintenance, with a focus on AI components.
- Ensure the integration of machine learning models and AI algorithms into production software systems.
- Drive best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and agile methodologies.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and software development trends, evaluating their potential application.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Proven experience developing software solutions that incorporate AI/ML components.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and architectural design capabilities.
