We're looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Strategist who loves solving problems, knows their way around digital platforms, and enjoys helping clients see opportunities they might otherwise miss.

What You'll Do

Develop digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.

You'll work with our strategy and client success teams to help B2B clients reach the right audiences, influence buying decisions, and make better marketing investments. Your responsibilities will include:

Digital Strategy, Consulting & Training

• Translate client business goals into practical digital marketing strategies.
• Develop ideal customer profiles, audience maps, buyer journeys, and channel recommendations.
• Support account-based marketing and go-to-market initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
• Help clients understand how digital marketing contributes to business development and growth.
• Conduct on-site and virtual training. Limited travel is required.

Paid Media & Campaign Strategy

• Develop and manage strategies across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic advertising.
• Recommend audience targeting, campaign budgets, channel investments, and retargeting approaches.
• Guide campaign setup, execution, testing, and optimization.
• Collaborate with media partners and internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Analytics & Performance

• Analyze performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and advertising platforms.
• Translate marketing data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement.
• Help clients understand what's working, what isn't, and where to invest next.

SEO & Broader Digital Strategy

• Work with SEO partners to establish priorities, evaluate recommendations, and monitor performance.
• Connect organic search, website, content, and paid media strategies.
• Advise on email marketing, organic social media, and content promotion.
• Stay current on AI, emerging search behaviors, marketing technologies, and evolving digital platforms.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with 5–7 years of substantive digital marketing experience who has developed strong technical skills and is ready to contribute at a strategic level.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

• Hands-on experience developing, managing, and optimizing B2B digital campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and paid media strategy.
• Experience with programmatic advertising, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and digital performance reporting.
• Experience building or contributing to integrated marketing strategies.
• The ability to interpret data and turn it into practical recommendations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• The ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines.
• An interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness.

Agency experience is strongly preferred. We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked directly with clients, participated in strategic discussions, presented recommendations, and managed multiple accounts.

Experience with AEC, commercial real estate, or other B2B professional services clients is a plus, but not required. We can teach you our industry. You'll need to bring the digital expertise.
