Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Horsens. This part-time position offers flexible hours and is open to candidates of any gender.

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and planning of new construction projects, as well as overseeing the renovation and restoration of existing structures. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to all relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their previous work. A degree in architecture or a related field is required. The ability to lead and manage a team is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new construction projects
• Oversee the renovation and restoration of existing structures
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Collaborate with contractors and other team members to ensure project success
• Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant codes and regulations
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Mentor junior architects on the team

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in architectural design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
