We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Nutra business and play a central role in bringing innovative consumer health products from concept to market. This is an opportunity to work across the entire value chain, influence project execution, and help shape the future of a business with significant growth ambitions.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead cross‑functional projects from customer brief and concept development through implementation and launch. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial functions, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully and create value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive multiple cross‑functional development and customer projects simultaneously.
• Translate customer briefs and business needs into clear project plans and deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders across R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and external partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed objectives.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and drive mitigation activities.
• Facilitate decision‑making and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Contribute to developing and improving project management processes and ways of working.
• Support the creation of a strong collaborative project culture where success is achieved together.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Several years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, consumer health, pharma, life sciences, FMCG, or other regulated industries.
• Fluent in English & Danish.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
