Contract Construction Manager

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Contract Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Roskilde Denmark In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from planning and budgeting to execution and completion The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders Experience in project management budgeting and scheduling is essential This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per week Accommodation will not be provided

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of construction projects
• Develop project timelines schedules and budgets
• Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor progress and quality of work
• Review contracts change orders and other project documents
• Communicate regularly with clients contractors and other stakeholders
• Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
• Experience with budgeting scheduling and cost control
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
