Land Surveyor - Contract Position in Odense, Denmark
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis in Odense, Denmark. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate data to support various engineering and construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a degree in land surveying or a related field, as well as prior experience using surveying equipment and software.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Collect and analyze data from surveys to create detailed maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data for project planning and design
- Ensure that all surveys are conducted accurately and in compliance with industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and update maps as needed
- Use specialized software to process data and create digital models of surveyed areas
- Conduct research on property boundaries, legal descriptions, and other relevant information for survey projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Extensive knowledge of surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, etc.
- Proficiency in using specialized software for processing survey data (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid work permit/visa for Denmark
