Vice President of Sales (Greenhouse & Tunnel Crops)
Antoniq Robotics is harnessing the power of Physical AI to shape the future and sustainability of agriculture.
We're building one of the most advanced AI and hardware systems on the planet β embodied AI for agriculture: robots that perceive, decide, and act in demanding, real-world environments.
We are looking for a VP of Sales to lead our commercial growth in the greenhouse and tunnel crop market, building the relationships and processes that turn growers into customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle for our robotics platform, from lead generation and outreach through demos, contract negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage direct relationships with growers, cooperatives, and established partners, and grow that network over time
- Run product demos on-site in greenhouses and tunnels
- Own contract terms, working with legal and finance on pricing, fees, and deal structure
- Represent Antoniq at trade events, in industry publications, and across grower networks to build the pipeline
- Collaborate closely with the team on go-to-market strategy and business decisions as we scale
- Spend time in the field, visiting growers and attending trials to understand what actually drives a purchase decision
- Build out the sales function itself: process, reporting, and eventually a team under you
What We're Looking For
- Deep specialization in the greenhouse and tunnel crop market. You understand growers, their crops, and what it takes to sell them new technology
- An established network of greenhouse growers in Portugal and Spain is an exceptional plus. A strong network across the rest of Europe and the UK is a strong plus. A worldwide network is an exceptional plus
- Fluency in several languages is mandatory
- A track record of closing complex, relationship-driven B2B sales, ideally in agtech, farm equipment, or a related field
- A track record of driving β¬X in revenue is a strong differentiator
- Proactive and comfortable working in an early-stage startup
Logistics
- Candidates must have the right to work in Europe; no visa sponsorship is available
- Based in Porto, Portugal, with regular travel as the defined scope of work will require
