Financial Analyst to support strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes, contributing to the company’s sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics;
- 1 - 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fields;
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles;
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly analytical;
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables);
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus;
- Proficient in English (advanced level).
Responsabilidades e atribuições- Supporting the preparation and consolidation of monthly financial and management reports;
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes;
- Monitoring KPIs and analyzing variances between actual results and the budget;
- Tracking operational expenses (OPEX) and supporting cost control initiatives;
- Performing financial reconciliations and ensuring data integrity;
- Developing basic financial models to support business decisions;
- Assisting with internal and external audit requirements;
